It’s been a week of early 4am starts and late nights so that I could catch some cooler moments in the kitchen.

Baking in heat is hard! Frosting cakes in heat is hard!

The bakes take longer to firm up and the piping is so loose it’s difficult to attain perfection.

Did I enjoy myself??? ABSOLUTELY!!!

This was 11 dairy milk nyc cookies stacked with 2 candles and a birthday charm. Boxed up on collection.

I thought this was a lovely request as a gift for someone special.

It’s been a while. I don’t post all my bakes but I couldn’t resist this beautiful cake. I created this a few weeks ago and the feedback was wonderful.

This design was all chosen by the client. I cat take the credit - but I did make everything from the honey cone to the honey bees!!!

This is a beautiful baby shower cake. 💗

Today I made home made churros and 52 home made mini NYC mini egg chocolate cookies.

They are not for any occasion, I just needed to rest my mind and baking really does help my mental health. 🌸🌸
