This week you will see me featured in issue 26 of Pick Me Up! Magazine.

It’s honestly crazy to see myself in an actual magazine but it’s something I can actually keep a physical copy of which is exciting!

I only have one more pre- booked order to make and then Becky’s Baking is officially closed. I’ve thought about opening my business back up over the last few weeks but I have come to the decision that I am much happier and healthier without the added stress.

I love baking and I still bake most days! Running this business has taught me a lot and I’d say in the last year I’ve learnt a lot about myself. I’m able to stand up for what is right for me and my own life, without worrying how others will see me.

Thank you to everyone who has followed me for the last four years on this page. In the next few days I’ll close my page down and my Instagram will now just be for my own personal baking pics.

I feel relieved and happy 🤍

A couple of weeks ago I decided to take a small break from my business as I found that I was struggling to cope.

In this time, I’ve realised that running a business isn’t something I’m able to do currently. I’m sure everyone is aware that life can be really stressful and sometimes the only way to get better is to stop everything and focus on yourself.

I started my business last year and in that time I have achieved amazing things that I never thought could happen to me. I will always be grateful for what I’ve gained and learnt since I started Becky’s Baking.

I’ll always be baking as a hobby and I’ll always be around to bake for my friends and family.

For now, I need to hang up my apron and focus on my mental health.

Thank you for the support and the genuine hope I gained from this experience.

This page will not be monitored for the foreseeable future but those who know me can contact me personally if needed.

I have decided to take a break from baking for a couple of weeks.

I don’t feel I can keep up with everything in my life at the moment and unfortunately I’m going to have to take a step back for my mental health.

If you still have an order booked, this will still be completed for you.

Thanks for all of the support and I’ll be back soon.
