💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💚
This Saturday at Trentham Estate we will have a little added extra kindness with our brownies 🤍
All the brownies that you love, kind words and a reminder that sometimes the smallest of things can really brighten someone’s day.
So, for Saturday only we will have a kindness jar, where you can
💚 take a note if you need one
💚 leave a note for someone else to pick up
💚 take a little reminder for a day when you might need a pick me up
There will be some blank pieces of paper for you to write a note on, any that are left at the end of the day I will hand out as I’m on my way home 💚
Let’s help spread a little love and kindness this world mental health day
