🎉 Only 3 weeks to go! 🎉

I’m excited to share that in just 3 weeks’ time, I’ll be attending my very first festival!

📍 Located in the heart of Birmingham
📅 25th June – 28th June

It’s a fantastic 4-day event, and I’m really looking forward to being part of it. Hopefully, I’ll get the chance to meet some of my lovely customers while I’m there.

Just a quick update to let you all know that Cakes with Rick will be attending a brand-new event on Saturday 13th June – the Frodsham Food & Drink Festival! 🍰

We’ll be there from 10:00am until 5:00pm with lots of delicious cakes and sweet treats for you to enjoy.

I’m pleased to share that I’ve been allocated a position at the Winter Good Food Show this November at the NEC Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase my work at one of the UK’s leading food events during the busy Christmas season. While it will no doubt be a demanding few months of preparation, I’m very much looking forward to the challenge and the experience.

🌸 The Manchester Flower Festival was definitely eventful, but the biggest highlight for me was the surprise visits from customers from Crewe, friends from Uttoxeter, and colleagues from Housing Units ,Manchester where I worked over 12 years ago.

That honestly meant everything to me ❤️

A massive thank you to you all — you really made my day.

See everyone again soon.

Gutted I can’t make Quayside, but I hope everyone enjoys the sunshine and has an amazing time ☀️

☀️ Hi everyone ☀️

Due to the severe high temperatures expected on Monday, I’ve made the difficult decision to pull out of Quayside Manchester.

Unfortunately, the cakes I make won’t survive well in the heat, and I can’t afford to risk losing the stock.

I hope all my customers understand, and I really appreciate your continued support ❤️
