A little bit of elegance, a little bit of glamour… and a whole lot of fabulous! 🖤✨

This beautiful 40th birthday cake was finished with a classic black, gold & ivory theme, a cascade of shimmering gold and pearl spheres, and this gorgeous birthday girl dressed to impress! 🥂

But my favourite little detail has to be her real black lace skirt — adding that extra touch of texture and drama to really bring the design to life! 🖤😍

Elegant, sophisticated and most definitely 40 & fabulous! ✨🥳

And that's me officially switching off for a little while! 🥰☀️

My kitchen is now CLOSED until 6th September while I enjoy a much-needed and very well-deserved break with my family. ❤️

I will be working through any outstanding messages and emails, and everyone will receive a reply by Friday this week. After that, it's time for me to properly switch off! 😆🍹☀️

Featuring everyone's favourite marmalade-loving bear, golden stars, and soft pink details, this cake was finished with a handmade Paddington topper and plenty of birthday sparkle. ✨⭐

I absolutely loved creating this elegant wedding cake, with its soft textured buttercream, beautiful dried florals and touches of gold. 🌸✨ It was actually quite sentimental to make, as the style was very similar to my own wedding cake — so I definitely had a little soft spot for this one. 🥹💕

☀️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THIS WEEK’S CAKE COLLECTIONS ☀️

With the weather being particularly warm, please remember that buttercream cakes MUST be kept refrigerated until needed. 🎂❄️

Please take your cake out of the fridge approximately 1–2 hours before displaying and cutting.

⚠️ Please do not leave your cake displayed for long periods in a warm room or in direct sunlight. Buttercream can soften and melt very quickly in warm temperatures, which could cause decorations to move or the cake to become unstable.

I put so much love and care into every cake, and the last thing I would want is for the warm weather to spoil your cake — or those special celebration moments. 🥹❤️

Keep it cool, keep it beautiful… then enjoy every slice! 🎂💕

I absolutely loved bringing this design to life. Sometimes less really is more, and I think the soft, timeless colours make this one extra special. From the handcrafted bow to the cascading rope and beautiful floral arrangement, every detail was made with love.
