Kell's Cupcakery A local business which specialises in made to order, bespoke Cupcakes for all occasions and Treat boxes weekly. Remaining balances will be due 7 days before.

Terms and Conditions:

Orders are only secure when a non-refundable deposit has been paid. A deposit is taken to ensure the date secured is yours and no other orders will be taken for that day. This is for the protection of both parties, our loss of income and your production. Changes to orders within 7 days cannot be guaranteed as materials will have already been purchased. I will try my best to

accommodate if I can. Weddings have their own terms and conditions which will be sent to you with your wedding contract. Once a customer has gave approval for the cake and it has been taken from me, I will no longer be liable if the cake was to be damaged etc
