Tees Valley Firewood

Processing 10" larch firewood today with our trusty old pinosa. For 16 years old it still does a great job!

No music, just clangs, bangs, squeaks and sawblade noises!

If you're seeing these kinds of stories about the place and it's making you worry about your log burner, there's no need to worry.

Any changes to legislation like this are only relevant for new fire installations, nobody is going to force you to remove your existing fire no matter what people may tell you in a newspaper or social media group!

Secondly by using our accredited logs you're already using the cleanest, most efficient fuels available to you!

We have delivery availability still for this week if you haven't already got your winter supply in!

So relax and get those fires burning!! 🔥

⏰ Last chance — firewood prices go up 1st September! (Might even be 10pm the night before if I don't fancy stopping up til midnight to make the changes 😉)
Just a reminder that our firewood price increase kicks in from 1st September. Thanks to all who have ordered so far this month but if you haven't stocked up yet, now's the time to order and lock in current pricing.

We were really pleased to help Crust.k the other week. Storing, moving and lifting their huge oven into their new premises.

It was an exceedingly tight fit (literally millimetres to spare) but we got it in there as planned.

Going the extra mile for the benefit of the wood fired pizza scene in Teesside as we always do!

Can't wait to see the finished restaurant, keep up the hard work guys!

Always good to double check our bags are filled to the brim. No slack, 'almost' full, settles in transit bags here!

Big equivalent to £15 per bag saving on these loads for the rest of the month.

🔥 Firewood price update — from 1st September 🔥
We've held our firewood prices steady for over 18 months to help with the cost of living. Rising fuel costs and increased staff costs mean a small increase is coming from 1st September.
In the meantime, we've been investing in the business — a new processor and a second delivery vehicle mean more stock, shorter lead times and a better service all round.
Want to beat the price rise? Get your order in now and we'll honour current pricing!
Thanks as always for your support. 🙏

Cracking Sunday in the garden sprucing up the kids play area with some fresh hardwood woodchip, chipped yesterday by Brian in the big Massey.

Long overdue job but good to get it done so the kids can get plenty of use from it over the summer holidays. It has lasted about 5 years though!

Banging toad in the hole from the wife too. Spoiled for sure!

We've got a big heap of nice dry chip perfect for play areas, chicken runs, garden border or anything that takes your fancy. Available in dumpy bags or tipper loads.

I used about 4 bags worth for this, but it's 6" deep in most places.
