To all of my lovely past customers.
I’m incredibly proud (and a little emotional) to share that I’ll be playing Francesca in The Great British Bake Off Musical with Stockton Stage Society.
This role feels very personal. Francesca’s story of fertility struggles connects deeply with my own experience of IVF after my husband and I faced challenges when we were younger. Carrying those memories into the music has been both challenging and incredibly meaningful, and it feels like a real privilege to represent her journey with honesty and heart.
It’s also a privilege to represent a society that has brought our community together through theatre for over a century. Rehearsals are in full swing and I can’t wait to share this joyful, heartfelt show with audiences soon.
I'll be playing Fran on the Thursday evening, Saturday evening and the Sunday matinee.
