Another term of baking for all you lovely customers.

Really enjoyed that one, made some lovely loaves in a ridiculously hot bakery.

Cinnamon and raisin tinny. An autumnal delight. Raisins soaked in Masala tea, a white dough turned brown with spice, slowly raised overnight using only natural fermentation.

Delish toasted, with a slab of butter on it after an autumn wander.
