🌱 Plant based recipes have a significantly lower carbon footprint than omni alternatives. Which makes my recipes more eco-friendly than those using eggs and dairy. I use the most eco-friendly packaging I can get hold of. From recycled cardboard, to plant-based plastic alternatives, you can trust that my packaging is doing its bit to take care of our planet.

🐮 All of my recipes are 100% vegan friendly. I only use plant based ingredients which means that no animals are farmed or harmed when creating my delectable baked goods.

🖐❗️Don't even think about baking this weekend until you read this...

🍪🧑‍🍳If you bake as a hobby I can guarantee you have a cupboard full of half-used ingredients that are probably out of date. A jar of cream of tartar you used for that pavlova you made last summer, a pack of poppy seeds scrunched up and held together with an elastic band, some random pink sprinkles that you don't even remember using... You know I'm not wrong.

🛒💢Here's another story I bet sounds familiar: You've chosen the recipe from your new beautiful cook book and head out to the shops with the list of ingredients. Only your local Sainsbury's just doesn't have vegan marshmallows, and when you try Tesco they're out of flaxseed.

🧁💕I know these things to be true because I too have been a home baker all my life. And it's these experiences that led me to create the perfect baking kits filled with ALL the ingredients you need in exactly the right quantities.
