There are cakes… and then there are cakes that stay with you forever.

Today I had the absolute honour of creating this very special cake to celebrate an incredible 100th birthday. 🥹🎂

What makes it even more special is that a few years ago I made her daughter’s 50th wedding anniversary cake, and she asked me to create this one in the very same style.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. Being trusted to create cakes for the same family, through such precious milestones, is something I never take for granted.

Thank you for letting Janna’s Bakery be a small part of your family’s memories. 💕

I told myself I was taking a little break from cakes… 🤭

…and then these two happened this morning! 😂🎂

Some habits are impossible to break, and honestly… I wouldn’t want to.

After finishing these beauties, it was straight over to TAVA for another day.

Life is busy, but I’m so grateful that I still get to do what I love every single day. ❤️

The Legend is back 🤭 and I am opening my cake diary again… 📖🎂❤️

After a little break, today I made my first celebration cake again… and it felt so good. 🥹

Sometimes life gets busy, and between Tava and the bakery, something has to wait. But creating celebration cakes has always been one of my favourite parts of what I do.

So today I’m officially opening my cake diary again! ✨

A very happy 40th birthday to the birthday girl, and thank you for trusting me with your special day. 🎉

Whether it’s birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers or just because… I’d love to be part of your celebrations again.
