I had the absolute honour of creating Abby and Keir’s dessert tower for their wedding reception at hotel colessio 🥰🎂💒👰🏼

This included -

✨ Caramel shortbread
✨ Double choc brownies
✨ Rasp & white choc blondie
✨ Malteser rocky road
✨ Vegan brownie
✨ Choc chip NYC cookies
✨ Empire biscuits

Complete with a semi naked cake on top with roses and thistles 🫶🏼

I will never get tired of making these… love seeing them come together 😍

Chocolate chip cookies
Empire biscuits
Caramel shortbread

It was such a hit with all of their guests! 💗
