I finally managed to get my hands on the M&S custard cream spread, and my mind went into overdrive working out a new recipe. A twist on a classic, which just makes it even better!

WEEK 16 SPOTLIGHT
It's the turn of one of everyone's favourite nostalgic chocolate bars, in the form of a classic millionaire's shortbread. This Freddo Millionaire's Shortbread has a buttery biscuit base, topped with lashings of caramel, and milk and white chocolate. Finally a cadbury freddo finishes off the whole bake.
