WEEK 11 SPOTLIGHT 💡

It's a new one in the shed this week, but it's a twist on the previously featured jammy dodger tiffin. I've taken one of the nation's favourite sweets, and made it into a percy pig 🐖 tiffin. There is a percy pig sandwich biscuit as the base, with pieces throughout the white chocolate. Lemon zest gives a bit of zing to the chocolate, with piglets too! Finally, topped with a disc of ruby chocolate in the shape of percy (I knew the percy pig ice cube tray would come in handy at some point!)

It's been a hectic week, and I've only just realised I never posted a photo of all of last week's bakes. It seems like you were all big fans of the french fancy shortbread, selling out early Saturday afternoon, and the sticky toffee cake having to be restocked on Sunday.

WEEK 10 SPOTLIGHT💡

Yes, it's a day late, but there is still time for a look into this week's cookie pie 🍪
It starts off with a base of milk chocolate chip cookie dough, stuffed full with cadbury caramel spread. The spread is loaded with cadbury caramel and lots of homemade shortbread (which is GORGEOUS 😍)
It might be the best cookie pie yet 👀 👌🏻
