All our cakes are hand made, fresh to order. Choose from a range of flavours such as Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Mint, Lemon with homemade Lemon Curd Banana & Pecan, Nutella, Carrot, Strawberry Infused, Red Velvet, Key Lime with strawberry and Lime buttercream, pineapple and toasted coconut, Coffee and Walnut and Oreo ( cookies and cream ) You decide whether you fancy a creamy buttercream or a rich vanilla fondant all in a choice of colours. We use only the finest ingredients including free range eggs and non GM foods to create mouth-watering cupcakes, cake pops and tray bakes that taste as good as they look! Good afternoon!
Due to the success of our new cookie last week ( Peanut butter and chocolate ) I've now made a Gluten Free version!
I also reintroduced our cakes in a jar, this week's offering is chocolate fudge. We also reduced the price from £5 to £4 due to the new method of making them and having no wastage!

Hi, Happy New year to all our customers, hope you all enjoyed Christmas!
I was expecting to return to the market this coming Saturday 17th, sadly this isn't going to happen. Since Boxing Day I've been suffering with my back issues and I have a nerve problem with my left leg, I'm unable to work or even sit down right now. I'm currently having physiotherapy which so far is not doing anything! I have no idea when I'm going to return but hopefully soon!
As soon as I have an indication when I might be likely to return I'll update you!!!

It's not over sweet, it's very moist and the Lemon & Brown Sugar topping just finishes it of!
