At Crown & Cupcake, we live by the moto ‘Any Excuse for a Party’. After hosting so many party’s ourselves, from a masquerade ball to a small intimate wedding, we know how to throw a party and so we have decided to open our doors to host exclusive Afternoon Tea Party’s – or Afternoon Par-Tea’s as we say. Our unique, opulent private venue is the perfect place to celebrate your special occasion, with

delicious homemade food and stunning surroundings. The Library
Our elegant Library is perfect for hosting your Baby Shower, Birthday Party or Hen Do. Cosy up next to our roaring fires in the winter months, or relax outside and enjoy the stunning view of the Beamish Valley in the summer. The Lizard Lounge
Our Lizard Lounge is perfect for that hen party with a twist. Enjoy a glass of prosecco at the bar before indulging in a bottomless Afternoon Tea, followed by dancing.
