At Crown & Cupcake, we live by the moto ‘Any Excuse for a Party’. After hosting so many party’s ourselves, from a masquerade ball to a small intimate wedding, we know how to throw a party and so we have decided to open our doors to host exclusive Afternoon Tea Party’s – or Afternoon Par-Tea’s as we say. Our unique, opulent private venue is the perfect place to celebrate your special occasion, with

delicious homemade food and stunning surroundings. The Library
Our elegant Library is perfect for hosting your Baby Shower, Birthday Party or Hen Do. Cosy up next to our roaring fires in the winter months, or relax outside and enjoy the stunning view of the Beamish Valley in the summer. The Lizard Lounge
Our Lizard Lounge is perfect for that hen party with a twist. Enjoy a glass of prosecco at the bar before indulging in a bottomless Afternoon Tea, followed by dancing. To spice things up we can even arrange a Butler in the Buff to serve you sumptuous scones and top up your fizz! Prices start from £20pp. Please get in touch for further information. Hi everyone, we hope you are well!
We have recently opened Beamish Blooms a flower farm growing beautiful cut flowers & unusual nursery plants. Our aim is to provide an abundance of British grown flowers that aren’t covered in pesticides and haven’t been flown half way across the world meaning a huge carbon footprint.
There are lots of exciting things to come over the summer - workshops, cut your own flowers and of course there will be our famous cakes, to enjoy while playing with flowers. We would love for you to follow along on Facebook & Instagram - Beamish_Blooms
We are located at Pockerley Farmhouse, Beamish, DH9 0RZ. We currently have unusual tulip bouquets for sale just harvested, prices starting at £5.
