If only you could assemble a cake this quickly in real life!

The top tier of this cake was vegan, and fellow bakers will back me in saying what a nightmare vegan ganache can be!

This cake was set up during the first heat wave, where getting normal ganache to set is a challenge to begin with!!

And that's why you should always hire a professional for your wedding day!
