Hi all, Long time, no see!!!
As you may have noticed I have not been posting many cakes since mid-January.
Unfortunately, I decided to fracture a vertebrae in my back and also a couple of ribs to top it off!!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
It has been a long recovery, but i am finally ready to get back to doing what I love most.
This cake is chocolate with raspberry buttercream. Then, because I'm not very good at piping, I used the Katy Sue moulds to make it look like a lambeth cake.
I'm so happy with it. Happy 21st Ruby. ❤️❤️❤️xx
