Woke up early and baked Two Non-GMO Sourdough this morning handcrafted with care for two days giving a good fermentation before baking..❤️🍞🥖

We shared it with our neighbour, in laws and friends to try.. ❤️

Fact: Organic and non-GMO Sourdough Bread is actually good for your Gut is easier to digest than a normal bread you get from the shops.

Always check the label what’s in your bread most wheat are genetically modified which is not good for our health in general.

❤️ Non GMO Organic 100% Wholemeal Spelt Sourdough 😊

We been busy learning more about sourdough and this is my first attempt of making it.. ❤️

It took 4 days for a sourdough starter and another 36h of folding , resting , reshape and final shape
put in the oven with stone bake and steam to get this tasty healthy bread. ❤️🎉
