Baking with love for my school, this fruit cake weighs nearly 6kg.

Along side Rudolph reindeer hot chocolate cones, salt dough Christmas tree decorations, and ginger bread Christmas trees.

I honestly can't wait to see their faces light up tomorrow when we start handing out gifts!

No matter how bad my health is I'm so happy I still have the ability to bake with love, I love nothing more than creating foliage and flowers and I'm always amazed how pretty it looks when it finally comes together!

🖤 Officially Closed🖤

It is with a heavy heart that as of today I am making the very difficult decision to officially close my baking business Hestia Bakery.

Until my doctors can give me a definitive diagnosis and pain management and we understand why I am becoming more progressively unwell and in so much pain, I am no longer able to devote my time and passion to baking and ultimately you, my wonderful customers.

Baking, and especially creating such lovely cakes and biscuits over the years has made me so incredibly happy, and knowing I can't do this for the foreseeable future with so many events ahead of us in 2025 is heart breaking for me, but my health must take priority.

Thank you all for your unwavering support over the years and I'm sure your understanding at this sad time for me!

🎄 Christmas at Hestia Bakery 🎄

It's that time of year again, and this year I have decided I will not be releasing a Christmas range. The change in weather has taken its toll on my health and using my hands is painful. You may see me post some bakes over this festive period while my young apprentice and I make gifts for family, but that will be it.

As always I thank each and every one of my followers and supporters, living with long term health conditions that cause daily chronic pain isn't easy, but I must look after myself so I can come back stronger next time.

I hope all of you have a wonderful festive period!!!
