This New Year I will be continuing to bake for the weekends, but scaling down due to ongoing back issues. I have therefore decided to expand on my email orders rather than posting here each week.

Dear Everyone, it has been just over six months that I haven't been able to bake as before... a back injury which got worse, and though a little better now, still not up to normal capacity... however, I am starting baking again, though it will be in a slightly different capacity - same gorgeous organic ingredients, a slightly smaller menu twice a week, and for collection only from Stackpole, or from my Dad in Manorbier... details to follow...

Was wonderful to be baking again yesterday, but unfortunately my back still not quite up to it, so another few weeks rest, stretching and exercise... and all going well, these organic, plastic packaging free beauties and more will be back on offer from Friday 2nd June. Xx
