OK so some may be wondering why things have been so quiet!

I had some significant health issues at the end of last year, which is why I stopped baking, and although I've come out the other side now, I've realised I'm actually enjoying the slightly less stressful pace of life! I have therefore made the decision to just bake for fun at home now with my two girls.
