Been a while but thought it was time to put the apron on again lol so I Thought I would try this little pink lady, pink wafer infused cheesecake with a shortbread & pink wafer base,strawberry and white marshmallows,lindt strawberry and white chocolate balls,meringue pieces drizzled with strawberry sauce and pink hundreds and thousands Suzanne Wills
