The Brief: Capybaras, pastel colours and Oreo sponge with Oreo buttercream - although she did ask for caramel as well but I thought that would be a sugar overload!!

I think it was a success and tasted amazing! I tend to make the smaller tall cakes for the kids so we don’t end up with too much at home to eat BUT every time we still want MORE!
