When royal icing meets Royal Mail, every detail matters.

Each biscuit is individually sealed in a cellophane bag, labelled with full ingredients and allergens, carefully wrapped for protection, and boxed flat to prevent movement during transit.

Cushioning is added for extra security, along with a biscuit care guide and thank you card- before the box is sealed with my signature sticker.

It’s not all royal icing and perfectly piped cookies in The Frosting Queen studio.

Today we’re celebrating a Polish tradition- Tłusty Czwartek (Fat Thursday). It falls on the last Thursday before Lent and is a day when calories simply don’t count.

Traditionally, it’s celebrated with pączki ( rich, filled Polish doughnuts) and faworki, delicate fried pastries dusted generously with icing sugar.

Some traditions are simply too good not to be celebrated

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our cookie stall – it was such a joy to see so many of you there! 💛

Our Paint Your Own Cookie activity was a great hit with the kids – we absolutely loved watching their creativity come to life (and seeing a few colourful fingers along the way!).

And now… the competition result! 🎸
The guitar weighed 1085g, and the winner is the person who guessed 1111g – the closest estimate. Well done! She won a backpack full of surprises.
