When we started the bakery we truly had NO clue! From what 3 phase electricity was? Size of machinery? How much bread will you make? Planning 🤯! How much work the building needed? And soooooooo much more!
But 4 and a bit years on we have the most incredible team, an outrageous range of products … with a 2 star great taste award 🤙🏻🤙🏻, the most magical customers and we still don’t fully have a clue!!! Which is the point hey? Learn as you go is the best way to be when you have such a great family which is what LBB is … a family 🥳❤️👏🏻🤪

These are the ways we would eat these goodies! On a board and have as antipasti, all piled on top of the crisps or melted in the oven 🤙🏻
How will you eat yours?

And of course you don’t have to watch the football but it’s a good excuse to invite friends over and have good food (whether the tv is on or not) ❤️

Did you know we freeze any left over bread on the day it’s made? That way it’s still fresh when you defrost it!!!

We get asked a lot how do I get my bread to last long? Or I don’t buy bread as I can’t get through it quick enough

So how can you make it last longer:
- keep it in the fridge in a ziplock bag
- the rye flour in the dough acts as a natural preservative so it will last around a week anyway if kept wrapped up or in a bag
- keep it in a bees wax bag
- slice it and freeze it - then you can just get out what you need or toast from frozen
- make it into croutons
- turn it into bread crumbs
- run it under the tap till wet and refresh in the oven
