Or try Debby’s own ‘Southport Lace’ – made from edible marshmallow which melts away, like a snowflake on the tongue. As well as the hand crafted cake designs which make them such treasured members of the Southport community; their dedication to ethical business is well known – just ask ‘Steve the Farmer’ who supplies them with free range eggs from his many happy hens. RASPBERRY RIPPLE: Marbled ganache, gold leaf, handmade flowers ✨️ If you're not a fan of fondant icing, ganache is a lovely alternative (and delicious too). We've added some pink chocolate for a delicate marble effect, finished with dashes of gold leaf. Beautiful.

Blooms for days.... We've got a stunning set of new designs to inspire and get you fired up for your 2025/2026 weddings! Next year is pretty full but we're happy to squeeze in a couple more as long as there are no date clashes 😊
