It’s finally happening… 🥹💗

This Saturday I’ll be opening the doors of The Cake Box for a little soft opening! 🎀🧁

After what feels like FOREVER getting everything ready, I can’t wait to finally welcome you into the new-look shop and show you what I’ve been working on. 🤍

We’ll have all your favourite sweet treats available — cakes, bread, brownies & more! 🍰✨

And for the first time, you can sit in and enjoy your treats with us! 🥹💕 We’ve got three little tables and chairs set up, so grab a coffee, pick your favourite cake and stay for a little while. ☕️🍰

This is just a little soft opening before our BIG official opening, so come down, have a look around, grab something yummy, sit in and say hello! 🥰

No award for me this time, but I’m honestly just so grateful to have been there and to have been part of such a brilliant evening celebrating so many amazing local businesses. 💜

I had the best time with Hair by Hannah, Volare, Roxy’s Cafe and Tower Heating — and a huge congratulations to Tower Heating on their award! 🏆👏

It’s been such a huge year for The Cake Box, and being shortlisted was an achievement in itself. I’m so proud of how far the business has come and excited for what’s next. 🎂✨

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my little business — it really does mean the world. 💜

✨ SOUTHPORT BUSINESS AWARDS 2026 ✨

Well… Friday night is going to be a pretty special one! 🥹💜

I’m SO excited to be heading to the Southport Business Awards at Southport Flower Show, and even more excited to be there as a finalist! 🏆✨

When I look back at everything The Cake Box has achieved this year, I honestly couldn’t be prouder. From winning Independent Retailer of the Year, to taking on some absolutely huge orders and opportunities — including cakes and cupcakes for HSBC at The Open, Specsavers, Amazon & cakes for SO many local businesses! All the weddings Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Engagements, Celebrations I've had the privilege of being part of 😍 — it’s been one of the busiest and most exciting years yet! 🎂🧁

There have been plenty of stressful days, long hours, early mornings and moments where I’ve wondered how I’m going to do it all… but looking at how far my little business has come makes every single one of them worth it. 🥹

And now, to be recognised alongside so many amazing Southport businesses is such an honour. 💜

Whatever happens on Friday, I’m already incredibly proud to be there. 🥂✨

Here’s to The Cake Box, the next chapter and hopefully many more exciting things to come! 🎂💜
