Happy Pancake Day!🥞

Why not try our Maple & Pecan Protein Pancakes this evening?!🍂⁣

These light and fluffy blender pancakes are easy to make, high in fibre and thanks to the eggs and protein powder . . . High in protein too!​​​​​​​​

Makes 6 Pancakes:​​​​​​​​
110g Boostball Organic Coconut Flour or Boostball Almond Flour
2 tsp baking powder​​​​​​​​
1 level scoop of Boostball Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder ​​​​​​​​
2 medium eggs​​​​​​​​
120g Greek yoghurt​​​​​​​​
1 tbsp maple syrup​​​​​​​​
1 tbsp coconut oil ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
🥞Simply add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until everything is fully combined. Leave to sit for five minutes.
🥞Pre heat a pan and lightly grease. We find using a 60ml measuring cup gives me the perfect sized pancakes, so spoon them into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. ​​​​​​​​
🥞If you are making larger batches keep them warm in a low oven as you go.​​​​​​​​

Top with toasted, chopped pecans & maple syrup . . . ​​​​​​​​
