Cake for my Son Birthday

There is someone who designs the cake and creates the decorations themselves.

It was a pleasure to do this together with my son.

These are the flavors of summer: a Génoise sponge with Oreo cream, strawberry mousse, and vanilla cream; and a cheesecake cake featuring Génoise sponge, cream cheese frosting, a cheesecake layer, raspberry gelée, and white-chocolate-coated meringue.

Love is sweet. I had the pleasure of creating a wedding cake for Wanda Matt Litynska-Spero —thank you for your trust.

I was able to add a touch of sweetness to their wonderful moment.
This cake was a challenge; there were tears of joy and moments of doubt that taught me so much. It was one of those cakes that showed me I could succeed even when the world seemed to be falling apart. I also discovered a part of myself along the way. Every cake brings me such joy, and I feel like a part of me becomes a part of your celebrations—thank you for that.

Happy 17th Birthday still a minor

Dubai chocolate cake
This cake has taken social media by storm; this exquisite creation combines a rich chocolate sponge, a decadent ganache glaze, and a crunchy, nutty filling. In the original Dubai chocolate bar, the filling is made from shredded phyllo dough—known as *kataifi*—toasted until golden and mixed with pistachio cream and tahini. This is how I recreate the Dubai cake.
