AllergyStar EU1169/2011 Recipe and menu management for establishment Owners and Managers

You need to be compliant.

If you run an establishment that prepares any kind of food - from 13th December 2014 you must comply with new legislation! All ingredient and allergen information needs to be made available to the public IMMEDIATELY on request. This means you must have an up to date listing that proves you are compliant - proving that each menu ingredient or recipe has been checked out. If you prepare any kind of

food for sale to the public, from the smallest coffee shop to the largest hotel or event organiser, you have to comply with EU 1169 Regulations.
