We were on BBC South Today yesterday lunchtime, at 6pm and again on the 10pm news.

Did you see us?

We featured as part of a piece of about the fascinating Blue Poo Project, which is helping researchers from University of Southampton explore the connection between gut transit time and brain function using a simple blue muffin test.

Participants eat a blue muffin, track when the colour appears, and contribute valuable data to the study.

We were proud to provide the backdrop for some of the report, to bake the muffins used and to support such an innovative research project, which is being run by Professor of Biomolecular Medicine, Jonathan Swann.

If you missed it, you can catch up on the late news on BBC South Today on iPlayer www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0032xqj/south-today-late-news-13102026 at around five minutes in, and read the BBC News article online.
