We're incredibly lucky to have the amazing Suzy Blake Cake Atelier join us at our Wedding Fayre on February 23rd.

In Suzy's Hampshire kitchen, only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients are used to hand-make every element of your cake. From the light, buttery sponge to the flavourful French-inspired curds and conserves, and the delicately crafted sugar flowers, every detail is meticulously created to design, bake, and decorate a wedding cake worthy of your dreams.

Warmest congratulations to Sam and Michelle, we hope you all had an amazing day, they chose a coffee and walnut cake and a chocolate and cinnamon marble cake. The cake was decorated with edible gold leaf and sugar flowers made by myself, Roses, Lavender and Eucalyptus.

Just had to share this beauty again on this very cold, rainy dismissal day! I just love this beauty, the sugar flowers took me nearly 3 weeks of solid work, but it was so worth it.

The lovely Callum and Katy were married at on bank holiday weekend.

They chose Lemon and Blueberry , Raspberry, Mango and Passion fruit and Zesty lemon, they couldn’t make their mind up what flavour to have for the top tier and said surprise them! They had it decorated with my beautiful sugar cherry blossom and decorated at the back for Callum 😊

Huge congratulations to Sabrina and Dom, who were married on Sunday, Sabrina looked amazing in her beautiful short gown. They chose a two tier, with flavours of Mango and passion fruit and Raspberry, a pretty Lambeth cake design which is a lovely alternative to the fine royal iced cakes. It was so lovely to work with Hannah and Kara who are the perfect duo!

Huge congratulations to Emma and Samuel who were married on Friday at What an amazing weather they had. They chose a double height cake with flavours of Zesty Lemon and Raspberry. And beautiful sugar flowers made by myself.

Well what a little beauty this was! Huge congratulations to Karen and Chris who were married a couple of weeks ago, I hope you had an amazing time. I loved designing this cake for them all hand pipped and what a perfect custom shade of blue was handcrafted by myself these colours don’t come pre-made so they take quite a long time to make especially the macarons, as soon as you add the almond it turns them green!
