If you are or have ever struggled with the impact of bereavement or grief, this free course is an opportunity to explored your feelings and thoughts with others; some on the same journey, and others trained to offer advice and support.

We are holding a 7-week course for people who have lost someone. Over these sessions this Bereavement Support Workshop will provide a safe space where people can explore their loss and the effect it is having on them.
