Really not a great time of year to be working with chocolate - so here's a picture of a cake from last year for any new 'likers'! All of the décor was made from tempered chocolate - not a scrap of icing or fondant on this cake at all! Shoes were piped with a leopard print pattern into a mould, the shoe box was made freehand with mock croc finish and chocolate transfer print on the inside and perfume bottle made from scratch too.

I won a Bronze medal at Wessex Salon Culinaire today with my white chocolate wedding cake - well I had to something with all that Callebaut chocolate I won from Keylink in February!

I have won 100kg top quality Belgian Chocolate!! This all chocolate version of Kerplunk is made with 2kg of Belgian white and dark chocolate, and is fully functional and totally delicious!! The competition was staged by Keylink, using Power Flowers and Callebaut chocolate, and judged by John Costello, senior confectioner for Nestle, and UK Chocolate Master 2010/2011.
The Milky Bars are on me!!!
