I haven’t baked in a while. I have had to switch to a gluten free diet so have been experimenting with new recipes for cakes that do not contain gluten.

I am going to offer a gluten free option for my mini cakes, cupcakes and sheet cakes initially which are wheat free and do not contain gluten.

These will be suitable for those with a gluten intolerance with processes to reduce cross contamination in place.

GF Mini cakes can be purchased in multiples of 3 from £12.
GF Cupcakes multiples of 6 from £15

Not going to lie I was a little scared to make this cake. I always find it quite nerve wracking making cakes for people you know and apparently even more so when you were their student at college 17+ years ago!

I hope I showed I have put my qualification to good use 😁

How cute are these individual loaf cakes

I’m going to be making these over the summer adhoc, in various flavours which I will post the night before collection.

They will be £3 each as an introductory price. They are approx the same size as two of my regular cupcakes so perfect to share (or not).
