Today, the Angel Board gave its first gift. 🍞🤍
A few weeks ago, we asked you to suggest charities and organisations who could benefit from fresh bread and pastries donated through our Angel Board.
You responded. You cared. You chose.
The name that came up most in your comments was Two Saints Day Centre in Southampton. Every single day, they open their doors to people who have nowhere else to go. People who woke up this morning without a home, without a warm meal, without someone to turn to. People who are fighting battles most of us will never have to face.
So today, we packed up everything from our Angel Board and drove it there.
Croissants, sourdough loaves, pastries. Baked with the same hands and the same care as everything we sell. Because someone sleeping rough tonight deserves to eat something good today.
This happened because you pre-paid. Because strangers bought bread for strangers. Because kindness, when it is quiet and simple, is still the most powerful thing in the world.
The Angel Board is now back. Empty. Ready to fill again.
