Hello followers!

You may have noticed I’ve been incredibly quiet from baking over the past 6 months plus.

With being pretty much full-on with my other working role, and trying to juggle life and all the things it throws at you, the baking side of life has been very much pushed aside- which is a shame, as I love baking and creating tasty treats for you!

I do plan on creating Mothers Day, Easter & Father’s Day treat boxes this year …. So do keep an eye out!

Anyhow, for those of you who didn’t know, my baking business journey started years ago- and at that time I was known as Cakey Delights. I thought I’d show you this fabulous video that was made by Mark Gosport, of me recreating my Valentines Day cupcakes (very apt don’t you think 😁) 💕

Silver Wedding Anniversary cake & cupcakes

Today is my parents 25th Anniversary! I made this 2-tier cake with matching cupcakes, to celebrate their special day at the weekend.

The cake was traditional vanilla sponge, with buttercream and jam. Cupcakes were Cherry Bakewell 💕🧁
