Wedding season is officially in high gear, and my calendar is looking very full! I am nearly all booked up for the remainder of the year.

The best part of being a cake maker is the surprise in every order. I love the variety it brings to my job. Recently, I made a Princess Peach, Buzz Balls, and Sonic inspired cake.

The oven is preheating and the mood board is set. 🎨🥣
We are officially in week two of January, and I couldn't be happier to be back at the bench. I’m currently prepping for my first wedding of 2026! I’ve missed the smell of fresh sponges and the precision of a sharp buttercream edge.
Who else is excited for what this year has in store? 🙋‍♀️

Also making time for a walk on the beach with my tiny dogs which helps get rid of the Christmas chocolates. X###x

I made my first Labubu cake for a returning customer. The inside was Neapolitan style, with chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, just like ice cream. I can only imagine how cool it looked when sliced.

On Saturday I was lucky enough to set up this beautiful wedding cake for Charlotte and Bertie's wedding.

This cake was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever created, celebrating the lovely Charlie and Tim!!!! Charlie wished to reflect her love for gardening, while Tim wanted to showcase his dedication to roofing. We also featured their wonderful dog, Pops. The wedding took place at the stunning and chic venue, The Kennels in Goodwood.

"I'll be there for you" Friends was such an amazing series. Do you know what year it started? It's a lifetime ago. 1994!!! What were you doing back then? I expect some of you weren't even born. Underneath all the decorations is a lovely delicious chocolate cake. One of my favourites. Although I do have many favourites.
