🫣 Unfortunately, I've had to implement some changes to my prices, and I would never do this without explaining myself first. Cookies, pasties & quiche have lowered in price, but most bakes have a small increase 💔

When I started 3 year ago, my brownies were £3.70. In that time I've developed the recipe, invested in better tins (meaning better quality bakes) constantly changed suppliers to bring the best ingredients at the lowest prices. Every brownie I make is ganache topped. Every bake I make is jam packed with chocolate bars/biscuits and decorated. I won't use cheap biscoff, own brand Buenos, or cheaper cream cheese, I'll never compromise taste for profit. But...

My weekly shopping bill, including packaging (boxes, bags, gloves, cake jars...) is now £730. That's without rent, gas, electric, water, bin rates...

So I hope that justifies the small increase I've had to add to some bakes! I'm so grateful to everyone who continues to support my business. If you all suddenly abandon me it'll be feet pic on only fans because I don't think I could go back to working for someone else now 🤣🦶🏼

What an incredible boy he is. Living his best life, doing what he loves, being his authentic self surrounded by nothing but love & support. He's the most compassionate little man, and I'm so excited to see what he gets up to next! I absolutely love that once he got his brownie, that was it, game over for socialising. 🍫

I want to give a special mention to Tommy's mam. One hell of a woman, raising such a gentleman, encouraging his passions and being thrown into the world of momager/social media/business manager now his following and popularity is growing, and absolutely smashing it.

I know 1st hand that parenting an SEND child comes with a lot of extra pressure, a lot of having to fight and advocate every step of the way, sometimes needing to explain yourself, and sometimes feeling a little isolated. So seeing Tommy raise awareness, working with sea change and other local organisations is inspiring to so many people 🩷

Isn't life funny 🙃 i sometimes spend hours getting the perfect photo, coming up with an engaging caption, hoping for that 'viral' moment, to get nothing in return 🤣 and then there's yesterday. A hastily posted old pic of some pie I posted announcing I don't put onions in my savories....and you lot went mental over it. Nearly 200,000 views...love that for me 🫶🏼

So this saturday will be known as the battle of the pies. I'll have one with onions & one without, so all you onion lovers in my comments section, can put your money where your mouth is 🤣 and well see which one sells quickest and comes out victorious 🏆
