I have successfully completed a Creative Cake Production Course and have attended several courses at the world renowned Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School. In addition to this I am also a me

mber of The British Sugarcraft Guild in order to keep myself up to date with the latest trends and techiniques in the world of cakes. My home bakery is registered with The City Of Edinburgh Council and I also hold a Level 2 Hygiene certificate so you can be safe in the knowledge that your cake is being made by a pukka cake company. All cakes are made with 110% passion and love and I would be honoured to make a cake for you.

Well it's been a long time since I posted! And what a lot has happened since then....and what a strange time we find ourselves in this year..... I hope you are all safe and well. So cakes has returned to being a hobby for me and I have taken a new direction and am focusing on Health and Wellbeing. Just a wee note to say that The Cake Consultant is going to be taking a break and will be back in the New Year. My last cakes will be going out this Sunday and I hope to return to caking around April time next year. Thanks to all my clients, old & new your custom has been very much appreciated.
