I've always enjoyed baking but didn't have much time so when I left my teaching job and had a lot of time on my hands I started to bake a bit more. Turns out I loved it more then I remembered and was actually quite good at it. 3 years later here I am with Mrs Budd's Bakery which wouldn't be possible if wasn't for my wonderful supportive husband and of course friends and family.
