So incredibly proud of this Mayo GAA cake 💚❤️

Made for Peter’s 50th birthday 🏆 with the players, Mayo crest and Peter’s name all edible.

Top tier – lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and lemon curd

Bottom tier – vanilla sponge with jam and vanilla buttercream

Finished with white chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream.

Happy 50th Peter 🎉

White buttercream, a bright pink drip and topped with just about every sweet treat I could fit on there — buttercream-filled cones, cupcakes, popsicles, mini donuts, meringue kisses and flumps.
Made for a joint birthday celebration for my niece turning 3 and her mum. A cake packed with colour, texture and plenty of treats.

White buttercream, a bright pink drip and topped with just about every sweet treat I could fit on there — buttercream-filled cones, cupcakes, popsicles, mini donuts, meringue kisses and flumps.
