Princess cupcakes for mattsmission_childrencharity.

It was an honour to be a part of this event and to be able to donate to a great cause. 4 children with cancer in attendance, 31 children donated hair. Well done Matt. 👏

Happy birthday to Oscar and Rosa 🎂 🥳

You wouldn’t believe me if I told you that this was not two separate cakes but one single cake instead. My mother and I planned it perfectly and seamlessly so that we could get one side of the cake without seeing through to the other side. And I think we did a brilliant job of it.

One side is Spider-Man, the other is Miss Rachel

Happy birthday to our daughter, Emilia-Rose. 🍰🥳 6 years old!

Absolutely loved making this cake. I had a vision of what I wanted to do, and I asked my mother to make the toppers, as usual, and what a fantastic job she did. Looking at most Mario cakes on the internet, other people have a rainbow going down the one side. I had the idea of the rainbow going all around it. I like big, vibrant and extra on my cakes. Toppers, toppers and more toppers. Give me toppers 😅 they transform a cake.

Obviously, the cake itself is just as important as the look. So I used my best chocolate sponge recipe, and filled and coated it with a white chocolate ganache. My daughters love chocolate cake. This one will be delicious 😋

Happy 50th, Lee 🥳

A Liverpool cake for a Liverpool fan turning 50. I can imagine they are going to love this one.

Having done several Villa cakes now, it was a pleasure to finally get to do another football club. (I am still a Villa fan though, don’t be getting any ideas).

Toppers by my mother as per.

Happy 6th birthday Gypsy! 🥳🍰

A Minecraft cake again, but with a few changes. I really like the sword sticking out of the top.

Chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache as coating.

Toppers made by my mother as usual

Happy 1st birthday, Ava 🥳

I am still learning about making cakes and how to get them looking great. I take inspiration from others as there are some absolutely fab cakes out there.

Toppers by my mother as usual.

Happy Christening to Esmai-Rose ⛪️

Another lovely tall cake in pink and white buttercream. Filled with cream and jam, covered in a white chocolate ganache.

The ganache is perfect for the hot weather and when travelling, as it stays firm, unlike American buttercream which melts away.

Toppers by my mother as usual

Happy birthday, Sharon 🥳

To an 80s lover, this cake was the perfect gift with iconic pieces that symbolise the decade.

Toppers from Amazon and a couple made from my mother.
