Well, Spring is in the air, at last.
I am starting the market season this Sunday in Skipton down the canal basin.
I will bring all your favourite wood fired treats with me.
Full selection of sourdough breads, cheesy garlic breads, fougasses, pesto, rosemary focaccia and much more.
On special this Sunday “ CROQUE MONSIEUR” is back and a chorizo and n’dja focaccia.

Luc’s micro bakery is having a new addition this year with a bakery trailer.
I need to find and engineer/ electrician to finish off the jod.
The trailer has been entirely re wired, fitted with top batteries and and inverter.
Unfortunately we have discovered that the inverter is not compatible with the batteries.
I need to find someone who knows what they are doing and finish off the jod.
