Good morning Westray!

I have a few of batches of bannocks to make today, so if anyone would like a batch then let me know. I'd also be happy to make half batches if you think a whole one would be too much - or go half's we someone you know!
If you'd like less than that then give me a message and we can see what we can do.

Whalsay Bannocks - £20
Cheese Bannocks - £25
Cheese & Chutney Bannocks - £25
Curny Bannocks - £22.50
Treacle Bannocks - £22.50
Gluten Free Bannocks - £22.50
Gluten Free Cheese Bannocks - £27.50

You get roughly 15-20 bannocks in a batch, and they can be frozen! They defrost well, I just give them a 20 second blast in the microwave to bring them back to perfection again 👌🏻

🧁 FRIDGE OPENING AT 1pm 🧁

After a minor incident last night (sliced my finger with a newly sharpened knife - ended up at the doctors and I'm all steri-stripped and bandaged back together), things have been slightly delayed in the Sheltie Bakes kitchen this morning.....

I have altered the goods menu today, as I've had to rope in Mr Sheltie Bakes, and Miss Sheltie Bakes has done ALL the packaging! I've done what I can one handed!

No meringues I'm afraid, but what I do have is -

• Whalsay Bannocks
• Cheese Bannocks
• Cheese and Chutney Bannocks
• Curny Bannocks
• Cherry Bakewell Squares
• Plum Upside Down Cake
• Empire Biscuits

Directions to the fridge are in the first picture, and it's an "honesty" system - all goods are priced and I kindly ask you leave money in the box provided.
If you'd like to Bank Transfer then that is fine also, please send me a message 😊

My 2 taste testers are asking for more, so I'll take that as a compliment!

I'll have some for sale on Sunday - but I'm going to go for white icing instead of pink!

An almond sponge, with a layer of raspberry jam and then topped with icing - and a cherry of course 🍒

🧁 Chocolate, with chocolate icing and decoration
🧁 Lemon Drizzle, with lemon icing and topped with zest
🧁 GLUTEN FREE Vanilla, with purple icing and decoration

Boxes can be made up in 2's, 4's or 6's, and can be labelled with e.g. Happy Mothers Day Mam/Mum/Granny/Nanna, etc. or any other message you'd like. They don't have to have a message related to Mothers Day.
Boxes can contain any combination of flavours you'd like 😊
