We are based in teynham, near Sittingbourne, our kitchen is registered with swale borough council, with a hygiene ra

ting of 5, we also hold food hygiene level 2 along with public liability insurance

If you would like to order a cake from Cupcake O'licious, we are more than happy to receive msgs, telephone calls or if wish to meet regarding your cake we are more than happy to arrange a convieniant time to discuss your order. We generally like to create a specific design for individual customers, but will also copy from a design/photo, we do always state this will not be 100% the same as original. When placing an order with Cupcake O'licious we need to know how many people you would like your cake to feed, design and colour, if you would like your cake personalised. Most importantly we need to know the date you would like your cake for collection/delivery. All cakes are boxed and tiered cakes are always doweled for secure collection/delivery. A deposit will be needed to secure your cake booking in our diary. Once a cake has left Cupcake O'licious premises the cake does become your full responsiblilty, please always check you are 100% happy with your cake. If you do have an unfortunate incident on your
journey home we would be more than happy to help resolve the problem (incurring a small fee). We would be responsible for all cakes in transit until they are delivered to you chosen venue. We understand Cakes are a great expense but also a gorgeous accompaniment to any occasion and we like to help make this purchase
a smooth process for all our customers.
