A moment for the layers 😌

For those that don't know, I recently competed in a bikini competition and was on a very strict diet for 18 weeks. My treat of choice, immediately post show, was the Nutella Brookie. I don't think I've ever enjoyed my bakes as much as I did in this moment 😂🤤

I'm thinking of doing dessert pots for Iwade Rock.

These will have a cookie/brownie/blondie base, choice of sauce and choice of two toppings.

Trialling something new as I still have some salted caramel sauce leftover. These have salted caramel club bars, salted caramel m&ms, salted caramel fingers and galaxy salted caramel in. Plus a layer of salted caramel sauce. I've been told they're the best flapjacks I've done... Can't confirm as I'm not allowed them 🤣
