A little behind-the-scenes of what I’ve been working on this week 🌿✨

These handmade sugar eucalyptus stems are created especially for my wedding cake customers, with soft natural tones and delicate detail to bring that elegant botanical finish.

Each one is made in different shades and colour tones to suit every couple’s wedding theme and cake design — from soft sage greens to deeper earthy hues 💚

Absolutely loving how beautifully they complement modern wedding cakes.

Yesterday’s elegant wedding cake for M & J at Brickhouse Vineyard 🤍🩵

A soft semi-naked design with delicate blue and ivory florals — every flower completely handmade from sugar petals and individually crafted by me.

I absolutely loved creating this cake for such a beautiful venue and celebration.

A couple of spaces remain for November & December 2026 weddings, and bookings are now open for 2027 & 2028 weddings across Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West region.

Playing catch-up with my cake photo backlog as I haven’t posted in a little while 💕🦢

This elegant 6-inch swan cake was completely handcrafted with sugar details, from the delicate roses to the crowned swan topper. Soft blush pinks, tiny floral accents, and all those little finishing touches made this one extra special ✨

A wild jungle cake for Ruby’s 3rd birthday. 🐅🌿

This playful design features a cheeky tiger topper, hand-modelled elephant and giraffe, lush tropical leaves and delicate birthday bunting wrapped around the cake. Every detail was carefully crafted to create a fun yet elegant centrepiece for a very special celebration.

🎂 The mystery cake revealed…

Earlier we shared the aftermath — crumbs everywhere and not much left to identify the cake! 😅
Well here it is before it was completely devoured…

A 60th birthday drum kit cake created for a music lover ready to celebrate in style! 🥁🎶

With handcrafted drums, musical notes and a bold silver, black and gold design, this cake definitely made some noise before it disappeared slice by slice.

Safe to say it went down a treat!

Would you have guessed it was a drum cake from the crumbs? 👀

Another one for a lovely regular customer 💚⚽

This mini Newcastle United cake might be small, but it’s packed with detail! The shirt on top is completely handmade from fondant, with super clean lines and sharp edges to give it that crisp black & white finish 🙌 The edible crest and little football just finish it off perfectly 👌

I absolutely love how neat and precise this one turned out – simple design, executed to perfection 🖤🤍
