Heat & chocolate don't mix too good so I'm not going to be making any chocolate until the weather cools down. My kitchen has air-con but the moment the chocolate is boxed & out my kitchen, the chocolate is going to melt & it won't be a bar of chocolate you'll recieve, it'll be a puddle!
