Chaja Cake 🍰

A while ago, a very kind client asked me to make a "Chajá Cake" for her mom's 70th birthday. I looked up what kind of cake it was and... realized it was the one my mom used to bake every year for my birthday in Argentina.

So... I made it! It was truly a pleasure to be part of that surprise for her mom.
